Anyone who is familiar with the classic movie from Walt Disney, Mary Poppins should remember that little ditty. Well this Sunday on the grounds of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, it's your chance. March 4th between 10 am and 3 pm, the National Park Service will celebrate the 3rd Festival de Chiringas. The event will feature kite flying contests, artists classes, and environmental lectures. Sponsors of the event include El Nuevo Dia, Westernbank, and Mirimar Real Estate Management.
