Last week in the "Premios a la Calidad 2007" the Compañia de Turismo awarded the "Mejor de los Mejores" award to the Hotel Ritz Carlton. The awards, which were given out in the Puerto Rico Convention Center, are given to members of the tourism industry for offering tourists and visitors the highest quality of service and product.
In addition to the Ritz, there were 22 other lodgings among the winners. Over 200 lodgings and eating establishments were evaluated using a strict method of international assessments, based upon five inspections conducted throughout the last year.
