Just checked the National hurricane Center and to my surprise, there is another tropical storm in the Atlantic. But, we are in luck because it's following Michael and Leslie up into the middle of the Atlantic. Wheesh!
So that means, that we are still all systems go for Operation BassDrop, otherwise known as the Electric Daisy Carnival. Don't miss the crazy vibe, this Saturday at the Panamerican Pier Complex in Miramar. Looking at the weather, the north bound Nadine might keep the weather stable. The predictions are for 20% chance of rain for EDC on Saturday/Sunday. Come to think of it though, I don't the chance of rain in Puerto Rico is ever 0%, it's the tropics for crying out loud!

The Interative Adververtising Bureau of Puerto Rico is hosting a series of panels in an event next week. On November 10th, starting at 8:00am, in the Fine Arts Cinema and Cafe in Hato Rey, the organization will examine how new dgitical platforms like facebook, Twitter, and others will impact eh 2012 elections in Puerto Rico.
The event will feature four panels:
- The political campaign in the digital era
- The challenge of
- Alternative media as an option to manage political saturation
- Successful examples of digital campaigns during elections
The Interative Adververtising Bureau of Puerto Rico invites you to this unique meeting with politicians, experts and representatives of online advertising and traditional media. Speakers will share their secrets and offer alternatives for the development of successful advertising campaigns during the election year.
